H-PU: Thermoplastic Polyurethane

Hardness : 95 Shore A
Temperature Range : -30c to 110c
Application : Standard hydraulic applications up to 400 bar
Colour : Red
Resistant to: mineral oils, mineral fats (certain additives can have a destroying influence), hydraulic fluids on mineral oil basis, silicone oils and silicone greases, biologically degradable hydraulic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons (e.g. propane, butane, gasoline), inflammable hydraulic fluids from the HFA and HFB group, sea water and hot water up to +90°C, diluted acids and caustic solutions.
Not resistant to: concentrated, aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. benzene, toluol), ketones and glycols, brake fluids on glycol base, hydrocarbons (e.g. dichloromethane, trichlorethylene), hot steam over +100°C, amines, alkalis.

Seal material particularly resistant to abrasion and extrusion. Very flexible. Excellent resistance to hydrolysis in the most usual hydraulic fluids and "oil in water" emulsions.
Hardness: 55 +/- 3 shore D
Temperature Range: -20/ +115 °C
Application: Standard hydraulic conditions: up to 550 bar

NBR: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber
Abrasion resistant seal material. High elasticity means easy installation. Material is supplied with hard coating for easy machining
Hardness : 85 Shore A
Temperature Range : -35c to 100c
Application : Standard hydraulic and pneumatic applications up to 250 bar
Colour : Black
Resistant to: liquids of low flammability HFA, HFB, HFC, with at least 40% water, water (special mixtures to +100°C), aliphatic hydrocarbons such as propane, butane, gasoline, mineral oils and fats, Diesel fuels as well as fuel oil, rapeseel oils, polyalkylene glycol, many synthetic esters (environmental compatible hydrocarbons), many diluted acids, bases, salt solutions, at low temperature.
Not resistant to: Ozone influence, aging and weather, brake fluids on glycol base (ATE blue, DOT 4, Pentosin), aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, hydrocarbons such as trichlorethylene, liquids of low flammability HFD, polar solvents such as ketone, acetone, acetic acid ethylen ester.

Resistant to: Silicone oils and fats, synthetic aircraft engine oils, mineral oil and mineral fats, very good resistance to ozone, aging and weather, solvents such as trichloroethylene and by, acids and bases (at low temperatures).
Not resistant to: aromatic mineral oils

Application : Hot Water, Steam, Caustics and Diluted Acids
Peroxide cured suitable for brake fluid

Resistant to: Silicone oils and fats, ozone, aging, influences of the weather, brake fluids on glycol base up to +150°C, hot water and hot water steam, hydraulic fluids and phosphoric acid ester basis (Hfdr).
Not resistant to: Petroleum products

Application : Standard hydraulic and pneumatic applications up to 250 bar

Resistant to: Water up to approx. +100°C, brake fluids on glycol base, diluted hydrochloric acids, hydraulic fluids of low flammability (HFD and HFD-S), high-molecular chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons, animal and vegetable oils and fats, to ozone , aging and weather influences, to engine and transmission oils of aliphatic kind.
Not resistant to: Silicone oils and silicone greases, fuels, water vapour over +120°C, acids and alkalis, aromatic hydrocarbons, low-molecular chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Excellent chemical resistance. Low frictional properties. Can be used in contact with food
Temperature Range : -200c tp 260c
Application : Back up rings, glide rings, wear bands and seals
Colour : White
Resistant to: hydraulic fluids, aggressive media such as alkalis, almost all acids and caustic solutions, not inflammable, also resistant to influences of the weather and aging. It does not show any sticking characteristics.
